A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I am a Sacramento resident and California native who has been licensed in this state since 1989. For a time, I also lived and sold real estate in Nebraska, where I held a Broker's license. My time in the Midwest was time well spent, as I found it to be a terrific place in which to raise my daughter. My little one is all grown up now and makes her home in Chicago.  Although I miss her terribly, I am very happy to be back in my home state of California. Luckily for me, there is a direct flight between Sacramento and Chicago!

Presently, I live with my husband in the Natomas area of Sacramento. Doug shares my love of cooking and tolerates the crazy hours that real estate sometimes demands, working side by side with me on a daily basis to ensure that all of our clients' needs are met. In the summertime, we enjoy boating on both the Sacramento and the American Rivers and of course, I always keep my eye on those gorgeous riverfront properties. Sometimes `we` go fishing...he brings a pole and I bring a book. It's my guilty pleasure...I love to read, relax and enjoy the sun whenever we can sneak away for a couple of hours.

My seemingly not so long ago move back to California gives me a special empathy for those who are anticipating or going through a move of their own. I recognize that buying or selling a home can be a huge source of stress. It is my goal to help you complete your purchase or sale with a minimum of hassle and anxiety.

EXPERIENCE

I am a full-time real estate agent with a special focus on listing properties. In addition, throughout my career, I have valued and sold millions of dollars worth of properties for asset managers in both the relocation sector and for major lending institutions. I have successfully managed, marketed and sold relocation and REO assets, therefore, I understand the urgency, need for communication, and attention to detail that these types of transactions demand.

My experience spans more than 30 years (how can that be?!) and I have been licensed in 3 states.  Having been through several real estate market cycles, I feel that I am equipped with the knowledge, insight, and experience to help you with your real estate needs, whether you are buying your first home or selling an investment property.  My knowledge of both the buying and selling process is extensive.  I recognize that each of my clients has unique needs and I pride myself in making sure that I do everything possible to work with you towards YOUR goals so that we can achieve a timely, successful closing and get you happily settled in your new home or on the road to the next stage in your life.  I welcome the opportunity to do business with you.
